CAD/CAM SYSTEM FOR WOVEN JACQUARD TEXTILES

 We take this opportunity to introduce to you our low cost and effective
 WINDOWS CAD/CAM system for designing of jacquard textiles.
 The CAD/CAM system PROJAC is operated on the IBM PC/AT
 compatible personal computer, allowing jacquard designs to be created
 via the standard WINDOWS graphics/scanning software (PhotoShop,
 PaintShopPro etc.). These finished designs are then loaded into PROJAC
 for futher processing, according to the jacquard textile requirements.
 The system controls both the hand card punch machine and electronically
 controlled card punch machines LP30 (exact copy of punch machine LSE600
 from GROSSE) and MKM3000 for verdol paper (DIN 64850) and MKM400
 for plastic cards (DIN 64845). The machines LP30, MKM3000 and MKM400
 are made in Bulgaria.
 For the customers with not enough money, which punch few jacquards
 cards we devoleped a modernisation of available hand card punch
 machines type GROSSE and VERDOL (STEUBLI-VERDOL) for verdol
 paper and plastic cards controlled by IBM PC/XT compatible computer.
 There is a special algorithm in PROJAC for lance woven labels on JACOB
 MUELLER label looms, especially card driven label looms NAJ-MIB
 and electronic driven MCE 100 and label looms with Bonas and Staubli
 electronic jacquard heads. We maintain electronic data format from Schleicher,

 Karl Mayer and Takemura, too.
 The system is used in many textile factories and in  universities
 and schools here in Bulgaria, Romania, Mongolia and Macedonia.
